Rate: $43-45/hour T4 / $52-55 Inc
Hours: 40 hours/week (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Valid Canadian Nuclear Security Clearance is required
We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support a major nuclear project in Canada. The successful candidate will develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules while working closely with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project controls teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
- Track project progress, milestones, and critical path activities
- Support forecasting, recovery planning, and schedule performance reporting
- Coordinate schedule updates with cross-functional teams
- Identify schedule risks and support change management activities
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Business, or equivalent experience
- Experience scheduling large capital projects
- Strong Primavera P6 skills (Microsoft Project is an asset)
- Knowledge of critical path scheduling, resource loading, forecasting, and project controls
- Nuclear industry experience in Canada is preferred; power, utilities, infrastructure, or other regulated industry experience will also be considered
Preferred:
- Experience with Canadian nuclear projects
- PMP, PSP, or AACE certification
- Familiarity with EPC/EPCM projects and Earned Value Management (EVM)
Pay: $52.00-$55.00 per hour
