Licensed Automotive Technician (310S) – High-Volume Dealership | Eastern Ontario

We’re looking for a licensed technician who can diagnose properly, work efficiently, and produce consistent hours in a fast-paced shop.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Diagnosing and repairing vehicles accurately the first time
- Completing work efficiently to maintain strong billed hours
- Performing inspections and identifying additional work opportunities
- Working with service advisors to ensure clear communication
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional workspace
What We Expect (Non-Negotiable):
- Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician license (Ontario)
- Strong diagnostic ability (not just parts replacement)
- Consistent productivity and ability to flag solid hours
- Own tools
- Professional attitude—no excuses, no shortcuts
