As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing our sales channels that will help drive the adoption of electric vehicles worldwide.
In this position, you will be a key contributor to the team’s overall sales growth in the North American market. You will be responsible for independently developing new business relationships, staying up to date with industry trends and managing the overall project funnel. The successful candidate must also have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, with excellent presentation skills and CRM knowledge. This position requires someone who is self motivated, a strategic thinker and is able to collaborate cross functionally with other team members.

Responsibilities:
· Develop new business relationships with VARs/CPOs/Distributors/CSMS partners
· Independently uncover new sales channels and opportunities of interest
· Continuously maintain in-depth technical knowledge of the product offering
· Stay up to date with government policies, industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities while adapting sales strategies
· Provide CMS/software training to new clients as required
· Develop PowerPoint presentations for sales meetings, and support the development of marketing/sales collateral
· Provide market research and sales analysis support for various projects including grants and other funding opportunities
· Manage the project funnel and business activities using Google Suite, Odoo
· Collaborate cross–functionally with various teams across the organization
· Represent Soneil Spark at industry events, tradeshows and other meetings as required
· Perform other tasks as assigned by your manager
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in a relevant field of study
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the EV charging or Energy industry, a requirement
· Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint
· Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets
· Exceptional communication and presentation skills
· Strong ability to convey complex concepts in simple terms to both technical and non technical stakeholders
· Strategic thinker, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
· Travel as needed to meet with clients, attend conferences and visit project sites (occasional weekend work may be required)
· You must be a self starter and able to work within a collaborative team environment
· Proficient in using CRM software
Other:
· Must have a reliable vehicle and a Class G Driver's license
· Ability to commute to our Brampton office, Monday to Friday as needed
· Must be able to travel throughout North America
Salary:
Competitive Base Salary + Commission
Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
