Position Overview
We are currently hiring Roofers / Roofing Laborers to assist with residential and commercial roofing projects. This role involves hands-on work installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems while following all safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Install and repair roofing systems (shingles, metal, etc.)
- Tear off and replace existing roofs
- Load and unload materials and tools
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Follow safety regulations and company procedures
- Work effectively as part of a team
Requirements
- Previous roofing experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
- Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
- Fall protection certificate (we will enroll you in the course if you do not have your certificate)
