About Us: Freehouse Collective is growing — and we're bringing Sing Sing to Langley. As one of Vancouver's most beloved neighbourhood spots, Sing Sing has built its reputation on an irreverent mix of pizza, pho, beer, cocktails and everything in between. Now, we're planting roots at Willowbrook's Courtyard, and we need a General Manager who's ready to help us do it right. We're looking for someone who lives and breathes hospitality — a natural publican with a genuine love for people, community and the beautiful chaos of a room that's firing on all cylinders.

The Role: The Bar Manager at Sing Sing Willowbrook is equal parts operator and mentor. You'll own the bar program — the product, the team and the experience — while playing a meaningful role in the growth of the business. This isn't a role where you clock in and execute someone else's vision. You'll have real ownership and a genuine voice in where things go.
As much as you care about what's in the glass, you care about the people behind the bar. You'll build a team worth staying for — developing talent, setting standards and creating an environment where great hospitality comes naturally.
