Painting Apprentice
Location: Brandon, MB
looking for a Painting Apprentice to join our team.
No previous painting experience is required—we’re looking for someone who’s reliable, hardworking, and motivated to learn a trade.
This position offers flexible hours based on current projects, with opportunities for additional hours as the company continues to grow.
What We’re Looking For
CSA-approved safety boots
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn
Ability to take direction and work well as part of a team
Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
Physically able to lift 50–75 lbs and perform tasks that involve bending, reaching, squatting, climbing, and repetitive movement
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with residential and commercial painting projects
- Preparing work areas by masking, covering floors, and setting up equipment
- Patching, sanding, priming, and other surface preparation
- Assisting with painting walls, ceilings, trim, and other surfaces
- Keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe
Moving materials and equipment as needed
Following company safety procedures and supporting the crew throughout each project
