Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Labourer to join our team. This role is essential for supporting various operational tasks within our facility, ensuring smooth workflow and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. Previous experience in the welding industry is an asset. Must be able to pass pre employment drug and alcohol test. Have clean drivers abstract. This position offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills and grow within our organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and supplies
- Perform general manual labor tasks such as lifting, moving, and stacking items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Support team members in completing production or maintenance tasks
- Operate basic tools and equipment as instructed
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to supervisors promptly
Experience
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment withstanding long periods of standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a positive attitude on the job site
Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
