Warehouse Associate / Product Assembly Tech

Truck Hardware Ltd. is a nationally recognized manufacturer and distributor of custom mud flaps and aftermarket truck accessories, serving dealerships and distributors across North America. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate / Product Assembly Tech to join our team.
This is not a typical warehouse position. In addition to inventory and shipping responsibilities, you'll be in charge of the product assembly for our Custom Ink Plate Mud Flap Program. What You'll Do
Warehouse & Inventory
- Load and unload trucks and shipments safely and efficiently
- Operate forklift and material handling equipment
- Receive, count, sort, and organize incoming inventory
- Verify shipments and inventory for accuracy
- Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization
- Retrieve product and prepare for shipping
- Safely and properly stack and wrap pallets for outgoing LTL orders
- Use various computer platforms to prepare shipping quotes and labels
Product Assembly & Quality Control
- Work independently to build and package product kits according to need
- Install custom logo'd ink plates on mud flaps
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipment
- Identify, document and report damaged or incorrect materials
- Maintain organization of the 'Plate Room' inventory and tools
General Warehouse Support
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Complete occasional local pickups and deliveries
- Support other warehouse and production activities as required
What We're Looking For
Required
- Forklift experience and ability to operate safely
- Valid Alberta driver's license for 3+ years and a clear driver's abstract (commercial insurance requirement)
- Mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred
- Forklift certification
- 2+ yrs warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or manufacturing experience
- Experience assembling products or performing light mechanical work
- Experience in the automotive, manufacturing, or industrial sectors
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry 50-75 lbs regularly throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, and reach throughout the day
- Ability to safely perform repetitive manual tasks
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and around moving equipment

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
