We are looking for a skilled barber who treats grooming as a craft. This role is ideal for someone who values clean work, strong consultations, and building long-term client relationships rather than rushing through appointments.
You will provide precision cuts, fades, beard shaping, and grooming services in a calm, professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform modern and classic men’s cuts and fades
- Beard trims, shaping, and hot towel services
- Conduct thoughtful consultations before each service
- Maintain clean workstation and sanitize tools
- Recommend appropriate products to clients when relevant
- Deliver consistent high-quality experiences for repeat clientele
Requirements
- Licensed barber in Nova Scotia
- Strong scissor and clipper control
- Experience with skin fades and beard detailing
- Professional communication and client care skills
- Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Portfolio or social media work preferred
