Are you an office administrator with accounting knowledge and a personality? I know you say that accounting people don’t have a personality but we are looking for that elusive person who can interact with both the numbers and the customers. Can you accurately cost out a purchase order, answer the phone and enter details about a problem a customer has, balance the cost of an incoming load of freight with the invoices, phone customers to schedule delivery and vendors to check on an order, and do this all without someone looking over your shoulder telling you what needs to be done next? Can you interact with customers in a fun but professional manner? Does it bother you enough that when things don’t quite add up that you become a private investigator to get to the bottom of it? Do you like variety in your workday and can you work a schedule of Tuesday through Saturday? In short are you my next office administrator? Be aware that this position includes working on Saturday’s so if that doesn’t fit your schedule this probably isn’t the right position for you. I see your still reading. Okay good. Now you’re probably wondering if all this will keep you busy all day and the answer will be no. In your spare time you will help out printing price tags making signage and host of other small jobs. I know it’s a lot but you’re going to be working surrounded by beautiful things. That’s always a plus.
