What You’ll Do
- Execute menu items with consistency and attention to detail
- Maintain speed and efficiency during peak service
- Prep and organize stations before and during service
- Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house team
- Support overall kitchen flow and teamwork
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year line cook experience (preferred)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Team first mindset with strong communication
- Attention to detail and pride in quality food
- Availability for the full season
- Availability for daytime shifts (5 days/week, approx. 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
