Job Description:
As a Fulfillment Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in delivering rental equipment to patients’ homes within a 30-40 minute radius from North York. This is a part time role perfect for someone with a flexible schedule who wants to earn competitive pay while making a difference. You’ll use your own vehicle to deliver and set up equipment, with full training provided to ensure you’re confident in the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver portable rental equipment to patients in the Greater Toronto Area.
- Set up the equipment at patients’ homes (training videos provided; setup is straightforward and takes 15-20 minutes).
- Provide friendly, professional customer service and clear communication with patients.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate with our team for scheduling.
- Ensure timely deliveries and communication.
Requirements:
- Valid ON Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Access to a Reliable Vehicle (car, van, or SUV).
- Flexible Schedule: Availability for deliveries either during days or evenings (you can work around other commitments).
- Fluent English: Strong verbal communication skills to interact with patients and our team.
- Willingness to Learn: No prior experience required; we’ll train you to set up and deliver equipment.
- Able to Store Equipment: Has enough space to store the equipment at home (extra garage/bedroom space).
- Reliable and Professional: Punctual, courteous, and committed to providing excellent service.
- Physically Able: Comfortable lifting and carrying equipment (up to 30–40 lbs).
