Job Description
· Welcoming clients and visitors upon arrival at reception
· Answering, screening and forwarding phone calls in a professional manner
· Assisting clients and visitors with the location of legal staff
· Scheduling and confirming appointments
· Observing business etiquette, and maintaining a professional appearance
· Directing the flow of mail, faxes, and deliveries to reach the intended recipients
· Taking stock of office supplies and replenishing office supplies as needed
· Assisting with copying, scanning, emailing, and note-taking.
· Preparing meeting facilities
· Ensuring the office is neat and orderly for clients and staff
· Opening Files in program
· Preparation of Legal Documents when required (ei. Affidavits, notarial certificates, Statement of Accounts, etc.)
· Email correspondence
· Maintain filing systems and ensuring that documents are prepared and sent for off-site scanning
· Preparation of Cheques (to pay vendors, disburse real estate trust proceeds according to Trust Ledger and to disburse estate proceeds according to instructions)
· Input billings and receive payments on accounts
· Following up on Accounts Receivable
· Preparing deposits for banking

Requirements
· Drivers License (G2 or G)
· Post-Secondary Education (Preferred)
· 1-2 years experience Reception or Like Position (Preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
