Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Painter/foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in painting and finishing work, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces and apply paints, stains, and coatings to walls, buildings, bridges, and other structures
- Mix paints and match colors for touch-ups and finishing
- Use brushes, rollers, or spray guns to apply coats of paint or other finishes
- Apply primers or sealers to prepare new surfaces for painting
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter
- Knowledge of various painting techniques
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Physical stamina and ability to work at heights if needed

- Schematics
- Construction estimating
- Construction management software knowledge
- Bluebeam proficiency
- Blueprint reading skills
- Experience with ProCore software
