CAREER OPPORTUNITY: Replenisher

This role manages inventory levels by ordering finished goods through an ERP system, issuing purchase orders, and reconciling invoices. Key responsibilities include balancing safety stock against demand and shelf-life constraints, and working with sales to clear slow-moving inventory. The position also coordinates closely with logistics and warehouse teams to handle deliveries and returns, while proactively communicating vendor shortages and product substitutions to protect customer service levels.

Role Specific Accountabilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Replenishment of finished goods from internal and external sources.
- Determining optimal safety stocks and inventory level based on demand and self-life constraints.
- Create purchase orders in ERP system.
- Issue PO is to vendors.
- Monitor Inventory levels and work with the sales team to clear at the risk inventory.
- Work with supply chain logistics (warehouse and transportation teams) on a verity of issues including but no limited to inventory levels, receiving verifications , monitor open PO’s , vendor returns scheduling PO pick ups.
- Effective communication of vendor out of stock, replacements and substitutions with sales and customer service to minimize short shipments to customer service to minimize short shipments to customers.
- Process vendor’s returns and ensure all claims are received from Vendors.
- Invoice reconciliation against PO’s.
- Identify trends in the market and stay informed of competitor's offerings and strategies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Educational /Technical Experience:
- University/College degree in related field or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, purchasing or replenishment,
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- A high degree of self-management.
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
