Location: Looking for someone between Moncton to Saint John.
Role: Join the Ace Heat Pumps team and champion the sustainable heating movement! As leaders in eco-friendly heating solutions, we're on the hunt for proactive sales associates and a Manager to promote heat pumps all over New Brunswick and PEI.

Responsibilities:
- Showcase the benefits of heat pumps: environmentally friendly heating, substantial energy savings, and cooling perks.
- Dive into door-to-door sales to maximize your income potential.
- Enlighten homeowners about the NB Power Grants.
- Pursue leads provided by the company.
- Deliver in-home quotes to prospective clients.
- Process transactions weekly at our Moncton hub.
- Train, Hire and support a team.
Requirements:
- Prior sales experience in HVAC.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
- Proficiency in English/French
- No criminal record.
- Consistent internet access.
Compensation:
- Commission-driven with boundless earning potential.
- Reach a 6-figure income by sealing 20 deals a month.
- Reimbursement for all pre-approved business-related expenses.
- Bonuses available with significant prior HVAC experience.

Pay: $60,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
Pay type: Base Pay/ Commission / Overrides
Workdays:
- Monday to Friday. Weekends if needed.
