Want a career in sales but don't have experience? Good, we'll train you from scratch. Dunn Ram Trucks in Portage la Prairie is growing rapidly and is hiring a Sales Assistant to learn the business from the ground up and grow into a full Sales Consultant.
This isn't a sink-or-swim floor job. You start on a steady hourly wage while you learn the vehicles, the customers, and the process. As your skills grow, so does your role, and your pay shifts to commission with no cap on what you can earn. Our goal is to train you to make $100,000+ per year.
WHAT THE PATH LOOKS LIKE
- Phase 1-Sales Assistant (hourly) =: Learn the lineup, support the sales team, greet customers, prep vehicles for delivery, handle paperwork and incoming leads.
- Phase 2-Sales Trainee (hourly + early commission): Start working your own customers with a mentor, test drives, presenting numbers, closing your first deals.
- Phase 3-Sales consultant (full commission, uncapped): run your pipeline and earn on every vehicle you deliver.
