Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Concrete Formers to join our residential concrete construction team. The successful candidate will build and install concrete formwork for footings, foundation walls, walkouts, retaining walls, and other structural concrete projects.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret construction drawings
- Measure and lay out concrete forms accurately
- Construct footing and wall forms
- Install bracing and supports
- Install embedded items and blockouts
- Strip and clean formwork
- Coordinate with site supervisors and concrete crews
- Ensure work meets project specifications
- Maintain safe work practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of concrete forming experience preferred
- Experience with residential foundations
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Strong understanding of concrete forming methods
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's licence is an asset

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
