Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Part-Time Crew Members to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
- Serve customers with professionalism and a friendly attitude, ensuring excellent customer service
- Manage cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and upselling menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen areas, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist with food safety practices, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks efficiently with effective time management
- Restock supplies as needed and ensure all equipment is functioning properly
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Kitchen or food industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
