We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Nail Technician to join our beauty team. Responsibilities
- Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
- Provide body waxing services in accordance with safety and sanitation standards
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace in compliance with health regulations
- Upsell retail products such as nail care items and skincare products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
- Assist clients with appointment scheduling and product purchases
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sterilized after each use
- Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Nail Technician or Cosmetologist with nail specialty certification
- Experience in nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel applications, acrylics, and nail art preferred
- Knowledge of body waxing procedures and sanitation protocols is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently to enhance client experience and salon revenue
- Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings if required
