Helping Hands Senior Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Service Providers to support seniors and individuals with disabilities in their facilities and homes. Duties
- Assist clients with daily activities such as companionship, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements if needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and laundry to maintain a safe and comfortable environment if needed.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being
- Support clients with mobility and transfer assistance to ensure safety
- Help with errands, shopping, and transportation arrangements for appointments or outings
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care settings preferred
- Experience working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those suffering from dementia is highly desirable
- Ability to perform caregiving duties with compassion, patience, and professionalism
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed care instructions
- Ability to perform light cleaning and meal preparation tasks
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are a plus
- Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to providing exceptional care
- Ability to pass background checks in accordance with state regulations
