Automotive Acquisition Specialist
Compensation: $3,500/month + Performance Bonuses

No automotive experience is required. We provide full training and proven systems to help you succeed.
Position Overview
As an Automotive Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibility is to identify vehicle purchasing opportunities, communicate with vehicle owners, negotiate purchases, and submit offers throughout the day.
This is a high-volume, results-driven position focused on acquiring quality used vehicles at competitive prices.
Responsibilities
- Contact vehicle owners through phone, email, text, and online platforms.
- Review vehicle information, photos, and market data.
- Generate and submit purchase offers to vehicle owners.
- Negotiate vehicle purchases while maintaining professionalism.
- Follow up with leads consistently.
- Maintain accurate records within our CRM system.
- Build relationships with private sellers, dealerships, and industry contacts.
- Work closely with management to achieve monthly acquisition targets.
- Monitor online marketplaces and other lead sources for buying opportunities.
- Complete all assigned daily outreach activities.
Performance Expectations
Successful candidates will be expected to:
- Submit multiple vehicle offers daily.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects.
- Purchase a minimum of 6–8 vehicles per month.
- Meet daily activity and lead management requirements.
- Contribute to overall company growth and acquisition goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable speaking with people by phone.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Sales experience is an asset but not required.
- Automotive knowledge is an asset but not required.
