Westco Waterproofing Ltd. is a family-oriented company and a leader in below-grade waterproofing throughout British Columbia. We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Waterproofing Labourers to join our growing team.
Whether you have construction experience or are looking to start a career in the trades, we provide full training for the right candidate.
Important Requirement
We are currently NOT sponsoring foreign workers. Applicants must currently reside in British Columbia and be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of waterproofing membranes, drainage boards, and protection systems
- Prepare surfaces and materials for waterproofing applications
- Apply sealants, primers, and waterproofing products
- Load, unload, and transport materials on job sites
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow project specifications and manufacturer installation requirements
- Work closely with supervisors and crew members to complete projects efficiently
- Follow all site safety procedures and PPE requirements
Qualifications
- Construction experience is an asset but not required
- Experience in waterproofing, concrete, or general labour is considered an asset
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License is considered an asset
- Basic English communication skills required
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- Early morning starts (typically before 6:30 AM)
- Overtime opportunities available
Work Location
Based out of our Langley shop with projects located throughout Metro Vancouver, and the Fraser Valley.
