What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our growing team and play a vital role in keeping our manufacturing shop organized, clean, and productive! This is a hands-on, physical role perfect for someone who takes pride in clean, efficient workspaces and enjoys working with tools and machinery. The now "Uncommon" Common sense is KEY!
Your responsibilities will include:
- ✅ Operate CNC Panel Saw
- ✅ Finishing plastic parts – using routers, scrapers, knives, and deburring tools to trim and edge.
- ✅ Warehouse Organization - Put material away, compile skids
- ✅ Precision work – using measuring tools to ensure parts meet exact tolerances.
- ✅ Shop cleanliness – sweeping, floor machine operation, and general shop floor cleaning.
- ✅ Forklift operation — moving sheets, parts, and materials safely (license required)
- ✅ Team support – helping others lift sheets and move parts as needed.

- Strong attention to detail and pride in a clean workspace
- Physically capable of light-to-moderate lifting and working on your feet
- Basic hand tool experience
- A proactive attitude – you notice what needs to be done and take action
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support the team
