Part-Time Lead Follow-Up Representative

Skin Essence Med Spa is looking for a friendly, confident, and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Lead Follow-Up Representative.
In this work-from-home position, you will connect with potential clients who have expressed interest in our med spa services. Your goal will be to answer basic questions, provide excellent customer service, and help turn inquiries into booked consultations and appointments.
Responsibilities
- Contact new and existing leads by phone and text
- Follow up with clients interested in our treatments and promotions
- Answer general questions about services, pricing, and appointment availability
- Encourage qualified leads to book consultations or appointments
- Record client responses and update lead information
- Follow up with clients who have not yet booked
- Communicate professionally and represent Skin Essence Med Spa in a warm and welcoming manner
- Provide the clinic team with updates on bookings and interested leads
Qualifications
- Friendly, professional, and confident on the phone
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable making outgoing calls and sending follow-up messages
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Sales, customer service, reception, call-centre, or med spa experience is an asset
- Knowledge of skincare, beauty, or medical-aesthetic treatments is an asset
- Must have access to a reliable phone, computer, and internet connection
Schedule
- Part-time, approximately 2–3 hours per day
- Flexible daytime and evening availability may be required
- No Sundays
- Work is completed remotely from home
