Advance Paper Box Ltd is looking for a full-time Press Feeder to join our Printing team, who will be responsible for providing support to Press Operators and ensuring production targets are met.

The successful candidate must be highly motivated and able to perform manual and machine operator tasks related to the set-up, maintenance, and operations, including Feeding/Catching and Quality checks for our Printing Presses.
Responsibilities

Make ready, adjust, and run the job as efficiently as possible to meet safety and productivity standards.

Examine job orders to determine quantity to be processed, stock specifications, feeding, and quality requirements depending on job needs.

Perform proper and required maintenance as well as cleaning during machine downtime and as needed.

Maintain ink levels during operation, plate changes and coating blanket changes to set up the feeder according to job requirements.

Work with the Printing Press Operator to ensure the machine is running quality products as per the company's standard requirements.

Ensure Company Safety, Quality, and Production standards are met.

Perform other duties as required.
Education and Experience

Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is required.

High school diploma or GED is an asset.

Completion of a printing program at a vocational/community college is preferred.

Ability to work under minimal supervision, understand technical written (and verbal) instructions, set up the machine, and carry out instructions.
