Responsibilities
- Supervise and support staff within the order picking department
- Provide training, coaching, and day-to-day guidance to team members
- Assist with order picking and packing duties as required
- Complete production and operational paperwork accurately
- Support workflow coordination and productivity within the department
- Utilize basic ERP system functions for tracking and documentation
- Report directly to the Team Leader
Assets
- Previous experience supervising picker/packer or warehouse staff
- Must be local to Oakville
- Experience in order picking and packaging environments
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting
- Basic understanding of ERP systems
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
