As a part-time employee, you will support people to achieve their personal goals and facilitate relationships, skills and roles which promote people's effective participation in the typical and valued life of the community using "Personal Outcome Measures". We support people in community homes, community participation supports, families in community and out of home respite.
Requirements:
- Successful completion of the Developmental Services Worker, Early Childhood Educator, Social Service Worker, Child & Youth Worker, Community Services & Justice Worker, Behavioral Science Technologist, or other college diploma and/or university degree applicable to the specific position.
- 1-2 years of experience in Human Services mandatory
- A personal philosophy in human services that is consistent with the mission, vision, goals, and values of Community Living Belleville and Area.
- Successful candidates will demonstrate: flexibility, service orientation and self-control.
- Current C.P.R and First Aid certification
- Valid G level Driver’s License and clean drivers’ abstract
- Must demonstrate initiative, maturity, good physical condition, and a want to advocate for others.
- Must be able to work all shifts and weekends.

Pay: $28.86-$29.32 per hour
