We are seeking a skilled and experienced Part-Time Millwright Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of industrial and commercial machinery. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial and commercial machines, including but not limited to pumps, motors, conveyors, and HVAC systems.

Diagnose mechanical issues and develop effective solutions to ensure optimal machine performance.

Disassemble machinery, conduct inspections, and replace worn or defective parts as needed.

Conduct preventive maintenance checks and maintain accurate records of service performed.

Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems.

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working in a manufacturing environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure tools and equipment are properly cared for.

Assist in the installation of new machinery and equipment as needed.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.

Proven experience as a millwright or mechanic, preferably in an industrial or commercial setting.

Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work afternoon/evening shifts as required.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
