LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST WANTED – COMMISSION BASED
Growing residential cleaning company serving Kitchener, Waterloo, New Hamburg, Ayr and surrounding areas.
We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to help us bring in new residential cleaning clients.
What you’ll do:
- Identify homeowners who are actively looking for cleaning services Generate qualified leads through Facebook, Kijiji, local community groups, networking, referrals and other effective methods Connect interested customers with our business Help us grow our recurring residential client base
Compensation:
$50 commission for every new customer you bring us who books and successfully completes their first cleaning.
There is no upfront payment. You are paid for results, so the more genuine customers you bring in, the more you can earn.
We’re looking for someone who: Has experience with lead generation, sales, marketing or customer acquisition Is comfortable communicating with potential customers Can work independently Is motivated by commission-based earnings Understands the importance of providing genuine, qualified leads
