The Role
We're hiring an experienced Red Seal plumber for residential new construction and renovation projects across Vancouver, the North Shore, and the Tri-Cities. This role is for someone meticulous, with a high attention to detail who takes pride in clean, accurate installs. We're looking for someone who is either already a leader on site or ready to grow into a leadership role as our team expands.
Responsibilities
- Complete rough-ins and finishing on residential new construction projects
- Perform plumbing installations for renovations, from full-home remodels to targeted upgrades
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings accurately and execute to plan
- Coordinate with builders, other trades, and homeowners on active job sites
- Maintain clean, organized, code-compliant work
- Mentor apprentices and take ownership of projects as you move into a leadership role
Requirements
- Red Seal certification (required)
- 5+ years of plumbing experience, specifically residential new construction and renovations
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings accurately
- Meticulous workmanship and keen attention to detail
- Leadership experience, or a genuine drive to step into a lead role
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Reliable and comfortable working across Vancouver, the North Shore, and the Tri-Cities
