DK Ford Sales Ltd. is looking for an Automotive Sales Manager to join our Leduc team! We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Manager to join our award-winning Ford dealership. As a Sales Manager at DK Ford Sales Ltd., you will be responsible for guiding our sales team to exceed goals while ensuring every customer enjoys a world-class buying experience. You will play a key role in coaching and developing staff, maintaining inventory control, and supporting the dealership’s overall growth.

Requirements:
· Proven track record in automotive sales management, preferably within a Ford or similar high-volume brand
· 5+ years in automotive sales leadership (Sales Manager/New/Used/Variable Ops) with a provable track record of hitting/exceeding targets on volume, gross, and CSI.
· Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
· Ability to develop and maintain a high-performing, motivated sales team
· Comprehensive knowledge of vehicles, incentives, and sales programs
· Customer-focused mindset with strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
· Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
· Experience with CRM systems and dealership management software
· Professional, goal-oriented, and results-driven attitude
· Well rounded knowledge of other makes and models to properly appraise vehicles
Responsibilities:
· Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
· Desk deals, structure financing/leases, and partner closely with F&I to maximize gross.
· Create and execute effective sales and marketing strategies
· Maintain a strong focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience at every touchpoint
· Support sales consultants in structuring deals and maximizing profitability
· Monitor and manage inventory, pricing, and merchandising to optimize sales performance
· Collaborate with the Finance and Service departments to ensure seamless transactions and customer satisfaction
· Recruit, train, and develop new and existing sales staff
· Keep up to date on product knowledge, OEM programs, and automotive market trends
· Uphold compliance with all manufacturer standards, dealership policies, and provincial regulations
· Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
