Job Overview
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years experience in Accounts Receivable(A/R) and Accounts Payable(A/P), financial accounting reconciliation, Payroll, along with strong administrative and organizational skills. You'll play a key role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly and supporting various time-sensitive tasks. This is an in-office position located in Stouffville, Ontario. (not a public transit route)
Duties
- Process and submit contracts in a timely manner for credit approval
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records
- Handle A/R and A/P duties with attention to detail
- Complete monthly report and assist with month-end close
- Make general ledger entries as required
- Support general office administration and clerical tasks
- Meet monthly deadlines and manage tasks independently
- Maintain punctuality and daily attendance
- Communicate clearly and fluently in English (both spoken and written)
- Collaborate effectively with a team and work well independently
- DIS experience is a strong asset
Qualifications
- Proven experience with A/R and A/P
- Previous office administration experience preferred
- Knowledge of general ledger entries and month-end reporting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work unsupervised and manage time effectively
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Valid Driver's License preferred
- Must be punctual, reliable, and ready to work every day
- DIS experience is a strong asset

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
