**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team. (#1 Must have 5 years driving experience a good drivers abstract and knows how to haul trailers) The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks to support the completion of projects on time and within budget.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist in loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment at the construction site.
- Perform demolition work, including breaking down structures and removing debris.
- Help with digging trenches, mixing concrete, and operating basic hand tools.
- Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety guidelines.
**Requirements:**
- Prior experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions.
- Knowledge of basic hand tools and power tools.
- Willingness to follow instructions from supervisors and work effectively in a team.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
