About the Role:
Sovereign Substrate LLC is a private Delaware infrastructure utility operating in statutory stealth mode ahead of our upcoming August 2, 2026, data-integrity compliance rollouts. We are sourcing 3 elite engineers to form our foundational Layer 0 technical squad.
Core Engineering Responsibilities:
* Optimize hardware-enforced Deterministic Logic Gates executed directly at the physical silicon layer.
* Finalize 1.2 Billion vector simulation modeling inside scalable high-compute partitions.
* Configure real-time telemetry filters and automated network provenance hooks to enforce our invariant 10ms execution window.
Mandatory Technical Qualifications: 1. Advanced Computer Architecture & Silicon-Level Logic Gate design. 2. Production experience with high-velocity Systems Software Development (C/C++). 3. Proven execution of scalable data modeling within high-compute cloud partitions (AWS/Azure).
Compensation Structure & Legal Framework:
Technical sprints will legally commence on June 15, 2026. Both parties explicitly covenant that cash compensation is contractually fixed at a premium rate of $20,000 USD/month, automatically activating and back-distributing straight to your corporate account immediately upon the formal closing and activation of our upcoming Phase 1 corporate debt facility. No upfront corporate equity or voting units are granted under this operational roadmap.
