Maintenance Technician / Handyperson – Edmonton, Alberta
Larlyn Property Management is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Maintenance Technician / Handyperson. As a Maintenance Technician / Handyperson, to oversee all maintenance at a large condominium site located in south east Edmonton.

Daily general maintenance tasks include:
- Basic electrical work
- Basic plumbing work
- Knowledge of boilers and how they should work, and be able to note issues and call the contractor
- Pool operator license or willing to take course
- Repairs in suite and common property
- Minor painting
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the maintenance or construction industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of site staff team
- Proven ability to provide professional and reliable service to clients and residents
- Valid driver’s licence
- Reliable vehicle
- Some tools on site
- Availability to respond to after-hours emergency call-outs as required – on rotation with site manager – on call one week, off call one week
