Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting cannabis products based on their needs and preferences.
- Provide accurate product information and educate customers on cannabis strains, consumption methods, and effects.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations, including checking ID and adhering to purchasing limits.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Process transactions using the point of sale (POS) system.
- Stay up-to-date on cannabis trends, product offerings, and industry knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Must have SellSafe certifications (Required).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Passion for cannabis and willingness to stay informed about product knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle transactions efficiently.
- Attention to detail and adherence to compliance and regulations.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is an asset.
