Your role
- Conduct reliability and observability assessments to identify gaps, risks and improvement priorities
- Design and implement sustainable monitoring and observability foundations by defining clear and shared standards
- Support teams in implementing and evolving SRE practices based on their level of maturity
- Actively support major incident management by providing technical expertise and contributing to coordination when required
- Provide cross‑application visibility on system health through consolidated dashboards and indicators
- Encourage long‑term adoption of reliable practices through knowledge sharing and structured engagement models

Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and significant experience
- Demonstrate strong technical expertise with an end‑to‑end understanding of applications and their dependencies
- Have hands‑on experience in system reliability, monitoring, observability and continuous improvement within complex environments
- Have contributed to major incident management and feel comfortable working in fast‑changing, multi‑team technology environments
- Show the ability to coach, influence and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholders
- Be able to translate technical signals into indicators that can be understood by various stakeholders
