Summary
As an Experienced Laborer, you will be integral to our operations, reporting directly to the Supervisor. Your role involves performing a variety of physical tasks, including construction, maintenance, and repair work, while ensuring safety and efficiency on-site. We expect you to bring core skills in manual labor, teamwork, and problem-solving. Your premium skills in equipment operation and safety compliance will enhance our productivity, while relevant skills in site preparation and material handling will support project completion. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly.
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- Wage is dependent on experience. Reasonable overtime.
- Must own, reliable transportation.
- No out of town work, Calgary and surrounding area (home every night).
