Position Overview
As a Residential Cleaner, tasks include vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms. You will work independently on your given tasks as part of a team, ensuring each home is cleaned with care and professionalism. Work is performed throughout Halton Hills. Our clients entrust us to handle their belongings with the utmost care; therefore, you will need to present a current Police Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening.
Schedule & Compensation
- Monday to Friday (9 am - 3 pm)
- Competitive hourly wage with 4% vacation pay paid weekly
- Monthly performance bonus
- Paid onboarding/training
- Uniform parts supplied
Key Responsibilities
- Follow company cleaning standards and procedures
- Maintain a professional and respectful presence in clients’ homes
- Work effectively with minimal supervision

Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude
- Punctual, dependable, and trustworthy
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team
- Able to work independently while maintaining quality standards
- Experience in residential cleaning is an asset (1 year)
- Must be authorized to work in Canada
