Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Security Services Sales Representative to join our team. This role is essential in expanding our security solutions portfolio through proactive business development and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for sales within the B2B security services industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth through effective negotiation and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field sales
- Identify and pursue security service contract opportunities
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements
- Negotiate and close contracts
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM updates
- Meet monthly sales targets of 2–4 new full-time contracts
- Coordinate with operations for smooth client onboarding
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the security services or related industry.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in security services sales
- Strong track record of closing service contracts independently
- Good understanding of security operations (guards, mobile patrol, alarm response, site security, events, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong business development and client relationship abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Professional attitude and presentation
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
