Full-Time Sub-Contractor or Staff Position | $25-$40/hr (Based on Experience)

We're a fast-growing kitchen renovation company specializing in cabinet refacing, hybrid kitchens (a mix of new and refaced), and full custom kitchen remodels. We're looking for a skilled carpenter and cabinet installer to join our team at our Edmonton, AB location.
What You’ll Do:
As a Carpenter/Kitchen Installer at 180 Kitchens, you'll play a key role in ensuring our renovations are completed with precision and care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Perform full-scope kitchen, bath renovations including demolition.
- Install cabinetry, countertops, custom millwork, and trim with a focus on quality, fit, and finish.
- Interpret design plans and blueprints to execute complete kitchen transformations in collaboration with designers and project managers.
- Operate power tools and renovation equipment safely while maintaining clean, professional workspaces and adhering to all building codes and safety regulations.
Sub-Contractor Requirements:
- Install cabinet boxes, kicks, fillers, crown, drawers, doors and handles
- Communicating with homeowners to achieve a high-end finished product
- Clean up job site and keep a tidy area at all times
- Must have own tools and transportation
- Helping with loading/unloading and deliveries
- Excellence in workmanship and a strong attention to detail.
- Strong command of the English language
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in kitchen cabinetry, carpentry, or kitchen renovations
- Familiarity with cabinet refacing, custom finishing, and new kitchen installs
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and a commitment to craftsmanship
- Valid driver's license
