Edmonton Bouncy Castle is looking for motivated, hardworking, and reliable individuals to join our team as Warehouse & Equipment Cleaning Associates.
This position is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and maintaining our inflatable rentals, concession equipment, tables, chairs, and warehouse facilities. We are looking for team members who take pride in their work and understand the importance of delivering clean, safe, and professional equipment to our customers.
This is a part-time casual, on-call position with flexible hours that may vary based on seasonal demand and event schedules.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize inflatable bouncy castles, obstacle courses, and interactive games
- Clean concession equipment such as popcorn machines, cotton candy machines, and snow cone machines
- Clean, inspect, and organize tables, chairs, and event rental equipment
- Sweep, mop, and maintain warehouse floors and work areas
- Assist with general warehouse cleaning and organization
- Inspect equipment for damage, wear, or safety concerns and report issues to management
- Help fold, roll, and properly store inflatable equipment after cleaning
- Maintain cleanliness standards for all equipment before customer rentals
- Assist with loading and unloading equipment when required
- Help maintain inventory organization and warehouse efficiency
- Follow company safety procedures and cleaning protocols
Requirements
- Must be physically fit and capable of performing manual labour
- Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, kneeling, and working on your feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, cleaning, janitorial, labour, or equipment maintenance experience
- Experience operating pressure washers or cleaning equipment
- Forklift experience is an asset (not required)
- Experience in event rental, construction, landscaping, or related industries is an asset
