We're looking for a highly analytical, organized, and proactive Business Manager to join our growing team.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing analytical work with customer-facing responsibilities. You will oversee product categories from concept to delivery while ensuring inventory, production, pricing, and logistics are aligned with customer expectations and business objectives.
Working closely with both our overseas manufacturing teams and North American retail partners, you will play a key role in keeping programs on schedule, solving supply chain challenges, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
Category & Product Management
· Manage assigned product categories from development through production and customer delivery.
· Coordinate new product launches, seasonal programs, and replenishment business.
· Prepare customer presentations, assortment recommendations, and business reviews.
· Work closely with product development and design teams to execute customer programs.
· Coordinate production schedules with overseas manufacturing facilities.
· Analyze production performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.
· Work closely with Sales, Product Development, Quality Assurance, Operations, and overseas manufacturing teams.
Pricing & Business Analysis
· Prepare product costing analyses and pricing proposals.
· Analyze margins and recommend pricing strategies.
· Create reports using Excel to support decision-making.
· Analyze inventory levels, customer forecasts, and sales trends.
· Assist with forecasting and production planning.
Customer Support
· Serve as a key contact for assigned retail accounts.
· Respond to customer requests regarding product availability, shipments, costing, and timelines.
· Participate in customer meetings and presentations.
Qualifications Required
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, Operations, or related field.
· 2+ years of experience in supply chain, category management, purchasing, operations, or business analysis.
· In lieu of experience, we welcome applications from recent graduates with a Business or a related field
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.

Pay: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
