We're a busy millwork shop looking for a skilled, dependable cabinet maker who takes pride in their work and shows up ready every day. If you say you know how to do something, we expect you to prove it at the bench — not on a resume.
What you'll be doing:
Building, assembling, and finishing custom cabinets and millwork to specReading and working from shop drawings and cut lists accurately
Operating cabinet shop machinery safely (table saw, edge bander, CNC, router, etc.)Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe — every shift
Working with the team to hit production deadlines without cutting corners on quality
What we're looking for:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on cabinet making or millwork experience — not just helping out on the side
Solid understanding of wood species, sheet goods, joinery, and hardware
Able to read shop drawings and measure accurately — every time, not most of the timeReliable — you show up on time, call ahead if something comes up, and follow through
Honest about what you know — we'd rather train the right person than fix problems from overconfidence
Able to pass a practical skills test during the interview — what you put on your resume, we'll ask you to demonstrate
Pay: $18.94-$30.00 per hour
