Experienced Painting Subcontractor Wanted (Team-Based)
We are currently seeking a reliable, professional Painting Subcontractor with a dedicated team to join our growing network. This is a great opportunity for established painting crews looking for consistent, high-quality work with a reputable general contractor.
About the Role:
As a subcontractor, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services on residential and/or commercial projects. We value dependability, excellent craftsmanship, and clear communication.
Requirements:
- Must have a team of experienced painters under your supervision (at least 2+ total for ladder work)
- Proven ability to complete jobs on schedule and to a high standard
- Flexible availability to accommodate project timelines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid business license and insurance
- Access to reliable transportation and tools
- Must provide:
- Professional references
- A portfolio showcasing recent projects
- Ability to follow job specs, color schedules, and safety guidelines
Preferred Experience:
- Exterior painting (residential & commercial); interior experience is an asset
- Surface preparation, staining, drywall patching, and finish work
- Spray application experience is a plus

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
