We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our energetic team in NEWMARKET. This is a high-energy role for confident closers with a proven track record in sales. You’ll be connecting with businesses, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue through creative advertising solutions. If you understand how marketing and sales connect and get excited by every sale, big or small, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect & Close Deals: Source new opportunities through outbound calls, follow-ups, and emails, while meeting and exceeding quotas.
- Build Partnerships: Identify and close strategic advertising opportunities with brands, performance-based advertisers, and agencies.
- Grow Accounts: Develop repeat business by understanding client goals, anticipating needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with internal departments to deliver creative, effective campaigns and maintain client satisfaction.
- Advocate & Innovate: Promote The MARC Group’s advertising platforms, Bagvertising solutions, and creative services.
- Maintain Relationships: Provide ongoing support, guidance, and insights to ensure long-term client success.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales environment (inside sales preferred)
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong phone presence and confident communication skills (verbal and written)
- Outgoing, competitive, and energetic personality — sports-minded individuals excel here
- Self-motivated with a results-driven, goal-oriented approach
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
