Senior Cell Phone Sales Professional – High Performance Opportunity
CA-Mart The Tech Store is looking for an experienced cellphone sales professional who knows how to sell, follow up, build customer relationships, and consistently exceed targets.
This is not an entry-level position.
We are looking for a self-motivated closer with direct experience in the cellphone industry who can operate independently and deliver results.

Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of cellphone, wireless, telecom, or mobile repair industry experience Proven track record of achieving sales targets Strong communication and closing skills Excellent customer service Highly competitive and goal-oriented Able to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment
Responsibilities
- Sell phones, accessories, and repair services Convert walk-in traffic into sales Follow up with leads and customer inquiries Generate repeat business and referrals Promote financing, warranties, and value-added services Maintain a professional store environment Deliver an exceptional customer experience
Minimum Performance Expectations
- Average 3 phone sales per day (90+ per month) Average 3 repair bookings per day (90+ per month) Minimum $500 accessory sales per month Consistent lead follow-up Positive customer reviews and feedback
Commission Structure
Phone Sales
- 1–50 phones sold/month = $5 per phone 51–100 phones sold/month = $10 per phone 101–150 phones sold/month = $15 per phone 151–200 phones sold/month = $20 per phone
Repair Bookings
- 1–25 repairs/month = $5 per repair 26–50 repairs/month = $7.50 per repair 51–100 repairs/month = $10 per repair 101+ repairs/month = $12.50 per repair
Potential Monthly Earnings
- 90 phones + 90 repairs = $1,350+ 120 phones + 90 repairs = $2,700+ 150 phones + 100 repairs = $3,500+ 200 phones + 100 repairs = $5,250+
