Reno Demo – Renovations & Maintenance is looking for a reliable, experienced and hardworking handyman/maintenance worker to join our team.
We’re looking for someone who is well-rounded and comfortable handling a variety of residential and property maintenance jobs. Every day can look a little different, so you need to be someone who can assess a job, problem-solve and get it done properly.
Some of the work may include:
- Drywall repairs and patching
- Painting and touch-ups
- Caulking and silicone
- Minor plumbing repairs
- Flooring and trim work
- Door, cabinet and hardware repairs
- General property maintenance
- Small renovation and repair jobs
- Troubleshooting maintenance issues
- Job-site cleanup
What we’re looking for:
- Previous handyman, renovation or maintenance experience
- Reliable and able to show up when scheduled
- Good workmanship and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable communicating professionally with tenants, clients and property managers
- Own basic tools
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
- Someone who takes pride in their work — we don’t do quick fixes just to get a job done
We’re looking for someone dependable who wants consistent work and can become a solid part of the Reno Demo team.
