Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Supervisor to lead our retail team with energy and enthusiasm. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store activities, including sales, customer service, inventory control, and cash handling procedures.
- Lead and motivate team members through effective training, coaching, and performance management to meet sales goals and uphold service standards.
- Oversee shift management, ensuring smooth operations during peak hours and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract customers and increase store visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven supervising or assistant manager experience.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience in training & development, and budgeting processes.
